No. We will not require use of a face covering, proof of vaccination against COVID-19, or a negative COVID-19 test result to attend AWS Summit Mumbai. Mandates may change as per the government and civil authority guidelines without prior notice.

Q: Can I transfer my registration ticket to a friend or colleague?
Your ticket has been created specifically for you, and the AWS Event Terms and Conditions do not permit the transfer of tickets.
Q: What is included in the event registration?
AWS Summit Mumbai will feature presentations with global and local AWS and customer stories, a live keynote over 100+ breakout sessions led by AWS experts, customers, and partners. On the expo floor you can get hands-on with technology and have your technical questions answered by the AWS team and partners. Meals offered include morning breakfast tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Q: Can I get a confirmation of my AWS Summit Mumbai registration?
- Upon completing the registration form, you will receive an email from aws-india-marketing@amazon.com informing that your interest to attend AWS Summit Mumbai has been captured.
- If your registration for the event is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from aws-india-marketing@amazon.com informing you of the same.
- Confirmed registrants will receive a unique QR code 24-48 hours prior to the event for seamless on-site registration and entry. Your unique QR code will also be sent to your mobile number on the morning of the event so please make sure to double check your details when completing your registration.
Q: Do I need to bring photo ID?
No, you will not be required to show any ID but the same can be requested by our Security personnel for safety checks onsite.
Q: Will the sessions be shared after the event?
Recordings of the keynotes and the AWS sessions will be available at AWS Summit India. You will also receive an email with a link to watch the recorded sessions when they become available post AWS Summit India.
Q: Do you offer meals for those with dietary requirements?
We aim to cater for a variety of dietary requirements, however we cannot guarantee this will cover specific or individual requests. If you have specific dietary needs or if you are looking for a wider variety of options we recommend that you bring your own meals with you, or take advantage of the restaurants in the area.
Q: Are people under the age of 18 years old allowed to attend AWS Summit Mumbai?
Attendees must be 18 years of age or over on the first day of the event.

By Train
The nearest railway station to reach Bombay Exhibition Centre is Goregaon Railway Station which is situated in Western Suburban Line. Goregaon Station is well connected to the other railway line viz. Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station (CST), Bandra, Churchgate and Virar. (The other nearest train stations are Ram Mandir and Jogeshwari)

Bombay Exhibition Centre is situated along the Western Express Highway. It takes 6 minutes to travel from Goregaon Railway Station to BEC, which is easily accessible by autos and cabs.
By Plane
Domestic Airport: It takes 20 minutes to travel from Mumbai Domestic Airport to BEC. Approximate driving distance between Nesco and Mumbai Domestic Airport is 7 kms. or 4.3 miles or 3.8 nautical miles.
International Airport: It takes 14 minutes to travel from Sahar International Airport to BEC. Approximate driving distance between Sahar International Airport and BEC is 12 kms. or 7.5 miles or 6.5 nautical miles
The best means of transportation would be a Pre-paid taxi service from the airport which are available at the airport.
