Who should attend AWS Summit Tel Aviv?Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at the AWS Summit. These events, held around the world, are designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.
All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS engineers, and hands-on technical training. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.

Will the sessions be in English or Hebrew?
Some of the AWS Summit Tel Aviv sessions will be presented in Hebrew and some in English. You may check the session’s language prior to the AWS Summit Tel Aviv event.

How do I check in at AWS Summit Tel Aviv?
To collect your AWS Summit Tel Aviv event badge, you will need your confirmation email as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event. -
How is session attendance managed?
Due to the high demand for breakout sessions, availability will be determined on a first come, first served basis.

Is there a Tel Aviv Summit App?
To plan your day in advance, download the AWS Summit mobile app for iOS or Android. The app will allow you to create a personalized agenda that meets your needs and interests from over 60 sessions, workshops, and many more activities. It will also provide you with important information about the Summit, maps, and exhibitor lists.

What accessibility accommodations are available?
The AWS Summit Tel Aviv venue has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance, please contact us at least one week prior to the event.

How do I get to the Summit?
The AWS Summit event will take place in EXPO Tel Aviv, Pavilion 1, 101 Rokach Blvd, Tel Aviv.

The University Train Station is located near Expo Tel Aviv. Israel Railways

Ayalon North: Drivers arriving from the south must exit right at the Rokach interchange.
Drivers are to exit at the Convention Center interchange and follow the signs.
Ayalon South: Drivers arriving from the north must exit left at the Rokach interchange.Expo Tel Aviv includes approximately 2,500 parking spaces, located within the Convention Center area, the Sports Arena parking lot and the nearby train station parking lot. Additional parking (2,000 spaces) is available at the nearby Ganey Yehoshua parking lot.

Will food be served during the summit?
A light breakfast will be served in Pavilion 1 between 08:00 - 09:45. We will offer continuous lunch service at the Builders Play Ground from 11:30 to 15:00, so you can enjoy lunch while still participating in the sessions that interest you. Vegetarian, vegan, and limited gluten free options are available and labelled at lunch. The food is kosher under the supervision of Rabbanut Hof-Hasharon.

When does registration open?
Registration opens at 08:00 on the 27 April. If you're taking the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), allow time to get out at Prince Regent station as the area may be very congested.

How do I check in at AWS Summit [City]?
To collect your AWS Summit [City] event badge, you will need the QR code from your confirmation email as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.

How is session attendance managed?
Onsite at AWS Summit London, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend you use the AWS Summit London mobile app to help organize your day, and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app for Android or IOS.
For the keynote, there are only 4,000 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in Theatres 1-7 on Level 1. Follow signage at the venue and hosts will be on hand to direct you.

What do I need for the workshops?
If you are taking part in a workshop please remember to bring your laptop, charger and any external devices you may require. Please note, you must bring a laptop and not a tablet, with WiFi networking (not wired networking). If you're using a corporate laptop please ensure that it can connect via WiFi and doesn't require wired networking.

Is there a [City] Summit App?
The AWS Summit [City] app will be available to download one week before the event and will allow you to view all sessions taking place, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more. More details will be share with registered attendees closer to the time.

Will there be hearing loops for those hard of hearing?
We have induction loops in all rooms for those who are hard of hearing, with designated seats reserved at the front. If you need additional assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, contact information, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes.
