The C8a instances offer up to 19% better price-performance compared to previous generation AMD-based instances. This improved efficiency helps optimize your operational costs through flexible purchasing options including Savings Plans, On-Demand, and Spot instances, delivering better value for your cloud investment. Better price performance enables you to reduce your fleet size or use smaller instance sizes to lower costs while improving performance.

Provides extensive configuration options with ten virtualized sizes (from 1 to 192 vCPUs) and two bare metal variants. This flexibility extends to Instance Bandwidth Configuration (IBC) feature, allowing you to boost network or EBS bandwidth by up to 25% to match your specific workload requirements and optimize application performance.
