Druva Uses AWS Enterprise Support to Deliver Innovation with Speed
Druva’s new AI product, Dru, is built entirely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and according to David Gildea, vice president (VP) of Product–Generative AI, “building on AWS means two things: innovation and excitement."
Druva was able to launch Dru within 3 months with the help of AWS Enterprise Support and its technical account manager (TAM). Using AWS, Druva experienced an 80 percent reduction in resolution time for support related issues. This frees up time for Druva’s team to focus on innovation and deliver the latest and greatest technology to its end customer.
