Migrating an on-premises VDI solution to AWS using Amazon WorkSpaces Core

I look forward to presenting AWS End User Computing Innovation Day 2023 on September 13, 2023. In my session, I will discuss migrating VDI solutions from on-premises to AWS with Amazon WorkSpaces Core. As a refresher, WorkSpaces Core provides cloud-based, fully managed virtual desktop infrastructure designed to work with third-party VDI management solutions. WorkSpaces Core is part of the Amazon WorkSpaces Family services, which share a common infrastructure stack, allowing customers and partners to choose the best-fit solution for their specific use case or workload.

In this session, we will discuss Amazon WorkSpaces Core use cases, the importance of management and control of hybrid environments, and the role our partners play in deploying and managing hybrid solutions. We’ll also demo Workspot Cloud PCs powered by Amazon WorkSpaces Core. During the demo we will discuss how Workspot can help address the challenges of managing complex hybrid environments, flatten the learning curve for users and administrators, and provide real-time analytics to help migrations run smoothly.
