We encourage all senior retail and CPG leaders, such as CEOs, chief information officers, vice presidents of operations, line of business management, and technical decision makers, to attend this new and noteworthy event.

Leveraging data & analytics to drive profitable growth with Mars Wrigley
Companies must sift through vast amounts of data to identify potential opportunities and risks in the market. In this session, learn from Deepak Jose, global senior director, on how Mars Wrigley uses advanced analytics to help leapfrog the company’s ability to generate insights and predict optimal options to drive value. You’ll also get a chance to hear from Deepak about some key lessons learned along the way, including how the company is taking a value-led and decision-back approach and breaking functional data silos to create an enterprise mindset to create incremental value for the business.
Deepak is a commercial strategy and advanced analytics leader and current global senior director for One Demand Data and Analytics at Mars Wrigley. Focusing on domains—such as revenue management, route to market, marketing transformation, and more—Deepak leads a global team of data engineers, data scientists, and product strategy leaders. Previously, Deepak was part of Mars Digital Technologies, where he led data and analytics for Pet Care, Mars Wrigley, and Food & Multi Sales segments. He also played strategic roles driving business growth as a part of global organizations like Coca-Cola, ABB, Asurion, and Mu Sigma.

Delivering milk to doorsteps using AI-driven supply chains at The Modern Milkman
An old concept of milk delivered to a customer’s doorstep is making a big comeback in fresh new ways. During this session, you will hear from John Hughs, chief strategy officer at The Modern Milkman, and Oskar Nummedal, data scientist at Peak AI, on how Peak’s decision intelligence platform is helping The Modern Milkman to use AI-driven supply chain forecasting to optimize delivery and availability while being sustainable and ethical.
John is the chief strategy officer at The Modern Milkman, a hypergrowth, sustainability-focused grocery business disrupting the traditional industry. John believes that the company has achieved this by placing AI and decision intelligence at the core of its operations.
Oskar is a data scientist at Peak, a pioneer of the decision intelligence category that helps customers to apply AI to the commercial decision-making process. He has worked closely with a wide range of companies, including The Modern Milkman, to support them on their decision intelligence journeys.
