Overview

SNI 9001:2015 is Indonesia’s national adoption of ISO 9001:2015, which defines requirements for a quality management system (QMS). It focuses on process-based management, continual improvement, and consistent service delivery, supporting organizations and customers in Indonesia that require alignment with Indonesian national standards.

    AWS’ alignment with SNI 9001:2015 demonstrates that AWS has implemented a quality management system consistent with internationally recognized standards and Indonesia’s national adoption of ISO 9001. This independent third-party assessment confirms AWS’ commitment to maintaining consistent service quality, continual improvement, and effective processes that support customers in Indonesia.

    The SNI 9001:2015 certification applies to the AWS Asia Pacific (Jakarta) Region in Indonesia.

    TÜV SÜD Indonesia, an ISO certification body accredited by the Komite Akreditasi Nasional (KAN), Indonesia’s national accreditation body. Certificates issued by certification bodies accredited by KAN are recognized as valid certifications within Indonesia.
