2. Access and Use

2.1 General. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, nontransferable license to access and use AWS Training Content in accordance with these Terms.  You have no right, title or interest in or to AWS Training Content, other than the rights expressly granted in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, alter, tamper with, repair, or otherwise create derivative works of the AWS Training Content, and you may not sell, license, assign, or distribute AWS Training Content. As between AWS and you, we own and reserve all right, title, and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to the AWS Training Content.  All licenses granted to you are conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms, and will immediately and automatically terminate if you do not comply with these Terms. Some AWS Training Content may be provided to you under a separate license, such as the Apache License, Version 2.0. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any such separate license, the separate license will prevail with respect to those materials or services.

2.2 Access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and you will not authorize any third party to access or use your Account.  You may access and use AWS Training for educational purposes only, including to develop AWS cloud-computing proficiency and professional skills.

AWS is under no obligation to enable the transmission of Your Materials and may, in its discretion, edit, block, refuse to post, or remove Your Materials.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AWS Training, or use of the AWS Training Content, if you are in breach of these Terms or if we determine your use or access (a) poses a security risk or other adverse impact to our systems or those of a third party, (b) could subject us, our Affiliates, or any third party to liability, or (c) could be fraudulent. While using AWS Training, you will not use, import, input, or introduce any data, dataset, or other material that contains personal data, financial information, or any other data or materials that may be subject to laws and regulations (such as the General Data Protection Regulation or The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996).
