2020Hitachi: Connecting 10 Million Vehicles Using AWS Serverless Architecture
Hitachi built its next-generation Over-the-Air (OTA) service on serverless architecture using AWS Lambda and Amazon DynamoDB. With support from AWS, it created a prototype service that can handle connections from 10 million cars, achieving its target of 1,000 requests a second, while reducing costs by 50 percent.
