Q: Who should attend AWS Public Sector Summit Bogotá?
A: Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at the AWS Public Sector Summit. These events, held around the world, are designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.
All AWS Public Sector Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS engineers, and hands-on technical training. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.
Q: What does the conference agenda entail?
A: The agenda will be posted shortly.
Q: Will the sessions be in English or Spanish language?
A: All sessions will be in Spanish. The keynote will be delivered in English, however, we will have translation headphones available.
Q: Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?
A: At this time, we do not accept submissions for AWS Summit speakers or session content. However, we always appreciate customer feedback, made possible through surveys.

Q: Where is my confirmation email?
A: You should receive a confirmation email shortly after registering. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Once you have checked your spam folder, if you still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us.
Q: What is included in Summit registration?
A: Summit registration gives you access to the keynote, all breakout sessions, the Partner Solutions Expo, and closing reception. Meals offered include lunch and snacks.
Q: What is the price of registration?

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel your Summit registration by contacting us. Note: ticket cancelation does not include a confirmation email.
Q: Will I need to register myself for each breakout session?
A: Onsite at the AWS Summit, breakout sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed, there is no need to pre-register. However, we recommend taking advantage of the scheduling tools on the AWS Summit mobile app to help you organize your day.

A: The AWS Public Sector Summit Bogotá venue, The Ágora Bogotá Conference Center, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations.
