Yes. CloudTrail captures API calls from the WorkMail console or from WorkMail API operations. Using the information collected by CloudTrail, you can track requests made to WorkMail, the source IP address from which the requests were made, who made the requests, when they were made, and so on. You are charged for the number of user accounts per month. The number of users billed in a month is based on the average number of active user accounts throughout the month. For every user account, your business is charged a monthly subscription fee. If a user account is deactivated during the month, the monthly subscription fee for that account will be prorated based on the number of active days.
