AWS Week in Review – June 23, 2014

Let’s take a quick look at what happened in AWS-land last week:

Monday, June 23	We announced Delivery Notifications for Simple Email Service. This launch was also covered in depth in the Amazon SES Blog. We published Episode 92 of the AWS Podcast. In this special “deep dive” episode, Simon interviews Marc Napoli to learn more about the Technical Account Manager role at AWS.
Tuesday, June 24	We launched new Marketing Analytics Tools for AWS Marketplace Partners. I finally noticed an update to the EC2 Public IP Ranges that had been made earlier in month.
Wednesday, June 25	We did an Amazon AppStream Features and Docs Update. We introduced a new AWS Global Training Schedule. The AWS Architecture Blog showed you how to Choose Your Route Wisely.
Thursday, June 26	I talked about you can Build Mobile Apps for Amazon Devices With AWS. We announced Enhanced SDK and CLI Support for Amazon CloudSearch. We announcd that you can now Deliver Customer Content With CloudFront. The AWS PHP Development Blog announced the Release of AWS SDK for PHP – Version 2.6.9. The Gathering Clouds blog talked about Five Reasons to Consider Moving Law Firm Data to the Cloud.
Friday, June 27	Last week AWS Marketplace added new products including Imperva SecureSphere Web Application Firewall, Semarchy Convergence for MDM, and I-Suite by Bee Ware. An article on the SearchAWS site noted that the AWS Certification Process Calls for Experience in the Trenches.
