About the OMNIA Partners Contract

OMNIA Partners and Amazon Web Services deliver public agencies cost-saving solutions that simplify procurement and help drive compliance with purchasing requirements. The Online Software Marketplace and Related Cloud Services cooperative contract is available to OMNIA’s participating agencies, including state and local government agencies, public and private K-12 school districts, and higher education organizations.


  • Contract start date: February 16, 2023
  • Contract end date: December 31, 2027 (optional renewal for additional five (5) years through December 31, 2032)

AWS Marketplace helps public sector customers of any size—from small cities to large state agencies—transform how they buy and manage software, data, and related services. Through the AWS Marketplace, OMNIA Partners participating agencies can access more than 12,000 vetted solutions from more than 2,000 providers across 50 product categories. Related services available through this contract include more than 200 global cloud-based AWS offerings, including compute, storage, databases, analytics, networking, mobile, developer tools, management tools, Internet of Things (IoT), security and enterprise applications.

Get started

Step 1: If not already registered with OMNIA Partners as a participating agency, visit OMNIA Partners website for more information.

You must be registered as an OMNIA Partners participating agency to use this contract.

Step 2: Create an AWS account for your organization.

Step 3: Email your account information to aws-omnia-partners@amazon.com in order to apply the terms and conditions of the cooperative contract to your account. Access the email template to send us the required information 

Step 4: Visit AWS Marketplace to find and procure your solutions.


Verify your tax exempt status

Customers with a tax exempt status should refer to the Amazon Tax Exemption Program (ATEP). Note, you will be required to upload your current tax exempt certificate.
