There is no additional charge for AWS License Manager. You pay for AWS resources (e.g. EC2 instances) you create to run your application. You only pay for what you use, as you use it; there are no minimum fees and no upfront commitments.

New AWS customers who are eligible for the AWS free usage tier can use AWS License Manager on free instances without incurring charges. If these applications require more resources than the default environment provides, customers will be charged the normal AWS rates for the incremental resources the application consumes.
