Paytm uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) machine learning service Amazon Personalize to personalize recommendations for 10 million daily active users on its Paytm Mall online shopping platform. By helping customers find what they need in fewer clicks, the company has increased total orders, with homepage sales conversion rates of 5.5–6 percent compared to a 1.8–2 percent click-through rate previously.
