What 3,400 founders told us about building in the age of AI

We surveyed 3,400+ founders across 20 countries. The fastest-growing AI-native startups aren't building AI tools. They're using AI to rebuild banking, hospitals, drug pipelines, and cybersecurity from the inside. They report 156% average annual revenue growth, reach billion-dollar valuations in about 3.5 years (down from seven), and do it with roughly half the headcount it used to take.
