Available now: The 2022 AWS IMAGINE Grant opens funding for nonprofits

AWS Imagine Grant 2021

Nonprofits are increasingly pursuing technology-centric approaches to accelerate the success of their mission. Some nonprofits are using cloud technology to share data and research to enhance collaboration, launch scalable beneficiary services to meet demand from clients, migrate existing IT infrastructure to increase speed and agility, and much more. But despite this growing appetite for digital transformation, funding for technology projects remains scarce in the nonprofit sector.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is committed to enabling the nonprofit sector with cloud technology tools and nonprofit-specific resources to help them innovate and expand their impact. The AWS IMAGINE Grant is designed to support nonprofits pursuing high-impact, innovative technology projects with vital financial and technical resources. Now in its fifth year, the program offers two distinct award categories for nonprofits to receive support based on their organizational goals and stage of their technology adoption journey.

These projects help expand the reach and services of organizations and may include the application of or integration with advanced cloud services, like artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), high performance computing (HPC), Internet of Things (IoT), and more.
