Amazon WorkDocs is now available in the Asia Pacific (Tokyo) AWS region. This additional location will reduce latency for many users, and provide more flexibility in complying with regulatory requirements that govern where data must be stored.

Amazon WorkDocs is now available in the US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), EU (Ireland), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Singapore) and Asia Pacific (Tokyo) AWS regions. Users can access Amazon WorkDocs from anywhere in the world regardless of which AWS region is chosen by the administrator.

Amazon WorkDocs is available in English, Japanese, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean, German, Chinese Simplified, and Spanish. The language will automatically be set based on the user’s operating system setting when using the WorkDocs sync client and WorkDocs mobile clients, and set based on the browser’s language setting for the WorkDocs web client.
