You can register in the APN here. Select (formerly Standard) and Advanced tier APN Partners will be able to take advantage of additional program benefits, and are also ranked accordingly in the AWS Partner Device Catalog search results.

How much does it cost to qualify a device for listing?

Participation in the AWS Device Qualification Program is made available to APN Partners at no additional cost.
