For the past several years, AspireNXT has grown its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS Expertise Enables More Effective Solution Delivery

Most recently, AspireNXT passed the technical validation to become an AWS Service Delivery Partner. Through this program, the organization’s solution was reviewed by AWS Solutions Architects and validated for following AWS best practices and demonstrating deep knowledge of native AWS services. Specifically, the company has AWS Service Delivery designations for Amazon API Gateway, Amazon CloudFront, AWS Lambda, AWS Web Application Firewall (AWS WAF), Amazon Redshift, Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) for Windows Server, and Amazon QuickSight. “The structure and rigor that AWS brings to the competency development program helps us give clarity in thought and expression to our customers, and it improves their confidence,” says Rinosh Kurian, Director of Digital Solutions for AspireNXT. “The AWS Service Delivery Program has brought us significant value because it enables us to deliver our solutions more effectively.”

Helping Customers Cut Data Analysis and Development Time

In 2020, AspireNXT was recognized as AWS Analytics and Machine Learning Partner of the Year – ASEAN. “Data science and AI/ML are major focus areas for us, and our validation as an AWS Service Delivery Partner for Amazon Redshift contributed to our success in helping customers build data lakes and data warehouses to get more out of their data,” says Kurian. With its AWS Service Delivery validations at work, AspireNXT is giving customers like Boost, one of Malaysia’s largest digital payment platforms, the ability to transform its operations through its native AWS service expertise. AspireNXT worked with Boost to build an Amazon Redshift–based data lake that enables data scientists to analyze petabytes of structured and semi-structured data. With its data lake, Boost has reduced data analysis time from weeks to days and has expanded its compute capacity to support a fourfold increase in analytics requests. Boost can now use personalized ad campaigns to deliver a better customer experience.

AspireNXT also leveraged its AWS Service Delivery designation to build an AWS Lambda–based serverless solution for a regional Broadcasting Union, a nonprofit organization in Malaysia. The software as a service solution features a central portal where 280 media companies can contribute and distribute news and information content. The portal uses Amazon CloudFront as its content delivery network so users can access content from across the globe. “The solution the customer was using before was developed over 10 years, but we were able to build a new portal using AWS services in only 6 months,” says Kurian.

AspireNXT recently attained the AWS DevOps Competency, and is currently working to gain new AWS specializations, such as Storage, Digital Customer Experience, and Migration Competencies. “Everyone in our company, from human resources to finance to sales, is an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, which is a reflection of our passion for the cloud and AWS,” says Thakkar. “We keep growing with AWS and the AWS Service Delivery Program, and we will continue to focus on keeping the customer at the center in business and continue to be customer-success obsessed.”
