Expanding the BOX Program to Business Consulting and Advisory Partners

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we’re committed to helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes. To continue delivering on this commitment, we’re excited to expand the Business Outcomes Xcelerator (BOX) Program for Business Consulting and Advisory Partners—bringing specialized industry and line-of-business (LOB) expertise directly to customers to accelerate their business outcomes.
This expansion, which is invite-only, reflects a fundamental shift in how customers are approaching transformation. Line-of-business leaders are no longer seeking technology deployments alone; they’re demanding end-to-end solutions that deliver measurable, strategic business outcomes. Business Consulting and Advisory Partners (BCAPs) are uniquely positioned to meet this demand, and BOX now provides them with a dedicated journey and distinctive benefits designed specifically for how they operate and grow.
These Partners bring deep domain expertise in strategic advisory, operating model design, and organizational change management—the capabilities that drive lasting transformation. By expanding the BOX Program for BCAPs, we’re enabling multi-partner collaboration that positions business advisory expertise at the forefront of customer engagements. This creates a powerful end-to-end journey for our Partners—combining business consulting with AWS services and at-scale technical implementation, unlocking the full multiplier potential and delivering complete, business outcome-driven customer success.
Benefits
The BOX Program provides a unique, dedicated journey for BCAPs with distinctive benefits:
- Funding designed to support customers across the full business transformation journey, including customer assessments to engage clients early in the transformation lifecycle, execution funding for process redesign, and outcome-based funding that addresses the people and organizational change required to achieve lasting business results. In addition, Partners gain access to all existing BOX milestone-based incentives spanning solution ideation, build, readiness, go-to-market, and delivery.
- Go-to-market and co-sell support, which includes access to existing BOX mechanisms, such as Partner Matchmaking events and Partner Connections, to identify and collaborate with complementary Partners, as well as direct engagement pathways with AWS sales leaders. Partners also benefit from AWS-funded demand generation campaigns designed to help BCAPs reach and engage LOB buyer personas, driving awareness and pipeline for their transformation offerings.
Launch Partners
Partners are already helping customers bridge the gap between AI investment and business outcomes.
Bain & Company highlights that the biggest barrier to scaling AI isn’t technology—it’s the business and functional transformation required to unlock its value.
“Through the BOX Program, Bain and AWS combine complementary strengths: Bain’s expertise in strategy, tech and AI, operating model transformation, and change management with AWS’ world-class infrastructure and AI capabilities,” said Matthew Leybold, Partner at Bain & Company. “Together, we help organizations across multiple industries build AI-ready enterprises and realize lasting value from their AI investments. For example, partnering with AWS, we helped a major European bank unlock the value of its data and improve customer engagement. Using an Agentic AI workflow solution, the bank achieved a 98% reduction in campaign cycle time, cutting the time to launch personalized marketing campaigns from more than 60-100 days to just one day, while delivering 15% income growth and 2x uplift in cross-sell.”
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) demonstrates how aligning strategy with technology drives practical business outcomes, as evidenced by their work with a major APAC telecom.
“Transformation delivers the greatest value when strategy and technology move in sync,” said Stephen Robnett, Managing Director & Partner at BCG. “BCG and AWS bring together the expertise required for practical business change, combining BCG’s ability to create competitive advantage, BCG X’s technological expertise, and the AWS Cloud and AI capabilities that power businesses worldwide. Partnering with Meta and AWS, we built a GenAI Accelerator on Amazon Bedrock that empowers enterprises to rapidly deploy and scale generative AI use cases in just weeks. Leveraging this solution, an APAC telecom giant with more than 350 million users achieved a 10x increase in conversion rates and a 3x reduction in acquisition costs.”
Customers: Engage BCAPs early in your transformation
Organizations today aren’t struggling to invest in AI—they’re struggling to realize its value. The missing link isn’t technology; it’s the strategic expertise to connect AI capabilities to business priorities that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and competitive differentiation.
The BOX Program expansion addresses this directly. Customers gain access to a structured, AWS-enabled pathway to engage Partners who specialize in delivering business transformation by working backwards from the business goals—not just deploying technology.
- Partners who work backwards from business goals. BCAPs bring deep industry and line-of-business expertise, combined with technology design-and-build expertise, enabling them to engage directly with C-suite and LOB executives, translate business priorities into AI investment strategies, and quantify business value.
- End-to-end transformation support. Customers are supported at every phase, from early-stage vision and feasibility, through solution design and execution, to business outcome realization.
- Positive ROI on technology investments. BCAPs help customers redesign operating models and processes, ensure employee adoption, and transform the workforce to achieve measurable returns on their AI investments.
