Ryanair mejora el servicio de atención al cliente con Amazon SageMaker

Mediante Amazon Lex y Amazon SageMaker, Ryanair creó un chatbot que mejora la experiencia de atención al cliente y ayuda a los usuarios a encontrar respuestas a sus preguntas de forma rápida y sencilla.

Ryanair es el mayor grupo de aerolíneas de Europa, que vuela con más de 150 000 000 de pasajeros al año a más de 200 destinos en 2400 vuelos diarios. La compañía trabajó con el asociado de la red de socios de AWS, Cation Consulting, para ofrecer su solución.
