NoSQL Workbench for Amazon DynamoDB is a client-side application that provides data modeling and query development features to help you design, create, and work with DynamoDB tables. You can use the NoSQL Workbench operation builder to build and save operations for viewing, updating, and exploring your live datasets. You can even generate code in multiple programming languages. Today, we are pleased to announce quality enhancements to the operation builder to help customers better navigate, run operations, and browse their DynamoDB tables.
The following operation builder enhancements will simplify access to DynamoDB operations and support rapid development using DynamoDB local:
- More space for exploring and visualizing table items.
- Single click access to CreateTable, UpdateTable, and DeleteTable operations.
- Direct access to PutItem, UpdateItem, and DeleteItem on the item results pane.
- Copy item action for faster creation of items with similar data.
- Full filtering option for Query and Scan operations using fewer clicks.
- Default DynamoDB local connection that fully integrates with the DynamoDB local toggle.
- Dark mode to further improve accessibility.
