Amazon Detective has released several enhancements to finding groups visualization that help reduce noise and make your security investigations more effective. These enhancements help cut down on the amount of time it takes to identify root cause and affected resources in potential security issues.
Detective makes it easier to analyze, investigate, and quickly identify the root cause of potential security issues by ingesting data from multiple AWS services and using machine learning to build a behavior graph and visualizations. You can use the behavior graph and visualizations to streamline security investigations and visualize context and insights on how potential security issues affect your AWS accounts and resources. The enhancements to finding groups visualizations include a dynamic legend that only shows icons for entities in your behavior graph, icons that condense similar findings, more detailed and condensed information in the graph sidebar, and a toggle for entity and finding titles.
