| Version 2.0 |
The AWS SDK for PHP 2 has been completely re-written to embrace modern PHP coding patterns and better integrate with popular PHP community frameworks. The new version builds on the Guzzle HTTP framework, which provides persistent connection management and increased networking performance. It also integrates the Symfony2 EventDispatcher to give developers event-driven customization hooks. The AWS SDK for PHP 2 enables you to write faster AWS applications with less code. To explore the new SDK, read the Getting Started Guide. If you have existing applications using earlier versions of the SDK, please see the Migration Guide and Side-by-Side Guide to learn how to migrate to this new release. |
