| Added support for the Amazon SES mailbox simulator. |
The mailbox simulator is an easy way to test generic email responses, including
bounces and complaints, without sending messages to actual recipients. To use this feature, simply email
mailbox simulator email addresses. Each address simulates a specific type of behavior, for example, a successful
acceptance, a hard bounce, an out-of-office auto response, a complaint, or a blacklisted address. Since your test messages
are received by Amazon SES instead of actual recipients, your bounce and complaint rates are not affected.
For more information about the mailbox simulator, see Sending Test Emails to the Mailbox Simulator in the Amazon SES
Developer Guide. |
