What a waste.
Too bad the site won't let you post with no star rating... I signed up for API access, and find it's been decimated. The functions I needed; all deprecated. Why cut back on huge numbers of referrals? Let me know when you decide to ADD to the API, rather than tearing it apart.

The end of all things...
I would actually give this -1 star. With this BS changes amazon dug a grave for the whole Product Advertising API. This and the request limitation per hour puts the lid on it! Other than some crappy widget this whole system will be useless for professional developers. If you want a "real" full-blown amazon webshop with theoretically limitless viewers, forget it. The currently well working successful amazon associate sites who have a fair amount of viewers will stop working and this whole system will crumble if they don't revert this piece of ****. Down with the new Efficiency Guidelines and API Changes! Utter idiocy.

More functionality eliminated
Another stellar job at making the API more and more useless. Removal of the multi-operation request at the same time they implement request throttling is an absolutely astounding display of mockery towards the people who tried to optimize their programs and do as much as possible as fast as possible. Strong work guys. Now a multi-operation request will delay the pageload by a second for each extra request (thanks to the 1 request per second throttline). Operation Deprecation: Help Hahaha that pretty much sums up Amazon's view towards their affiliates.

End of my plugin I guess
I've written a plugin that uses the lists and with those operations being deprecated my plugin has become useless. The plugin was used for wedding sites where the couples would show their wedding registry on their blog and when ever somebody bought something it would not show up their site anymore. Very disappointed these operations have been deprecated.
