We are excited to highlight 85 AWS Partners that received new designations in November for our global AWS Competency, AWS Managed Service Provider (MSP), AWS Service Delivery, and AWS Service Ready programs. These designations span workload, solution, and industry, and help AWS customers identify top APN Partners that can deliver on core business objectives. APN Partners are focused on your success, helping customers take full advantage of the business benefits AWS has to offer.

While AWS Outposts enables customers to easily scale their on-premises applications using AWS services and tools, integrating with customer-owned, third-party solutions for storage, security, analytics, and DevOps is important to ensuring positive customer outcomes. Earlier this year, we launched the AWS Outposts Ready Program with 35 solution offerings across 32 AWS Technology Partners. Since then, enthusiasm for the program has only grown with partners and customers alike.

Edge computing is a new paradigm in which the resources of a small data center are placed at the edge of the internet, in close proximity to mobile devices, sensors, and end users. Learn about the Physical Distancing Video Analytics Solution (VAS) on campus private 4G/5G networks that was developed utilizing AWS edge services in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University’s Open Edge Computing Initiative, Megh Computing’s Video Analytics Solution, and Federated Wireless Private Network Connectivity as a Service.

As customers adopt AWS Outposts, they need the right solutions to help deploy, monitor, secure, and integrate their Outposts-based workloads. The new AWS Outposts Ready Program makes it easy for customers to find integrated storage, networking, security, and industry-specific solutions that have been validated by AWS and tested on Outposts. This enables customers to easily identify solutions that will integrate with their Outposts deployments.

We are thrilled to be in Las Vegas for AWS re:Invent 2019 and our annual Global Partner Summit, meeting and connecting with APN Partners from around the world. This year’s conference provides APN Partners with great opportunities to connect, collaborate, and discover. APN Partners will be busy all week attending breakout sessions, chalk talks, and hands-on trainings to learn how the APN program can help their business build, market, and sell their AWS-based offerings.
