| AWS Cloud Formation | Added a new parameter in the DeleteStack action that allows skipping deletion of resources only if the stack is in the DELETE_FAILED state. Also, tags can now be specified for the UpdateStack action. |
| Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) | The SNSAction now accepts an encoding. Encoding may be Base64 or UTF-8. |
| Auto Scaling | CompleteLifecycleAction and RecordLifecycleActionHeartbeat now accepts a new optional parameter, InstanceId. This change allows customers to call these APIs with either the action token or an instance id. |
