Release: AWS CLI 1.7.11
This release adds support for the latest Amazon EC2 Container Service API and allows calling AWS Security Token Service AssumeRoleWithSAML without user credentials.

Install
pip install --upgrade awscli
On Windows, download and run either the 64 bit installer (https://s3.amazonaws.com/aws-cli/AWSCLI64.msi) or the 32 bit installer (https://s3.amazonaws.com/aws-cli/AWSCLI32.msi).
