AWS Elastic Beanstalk Adds Support for AWS Identity & Access Management
We are excited to announce the availability of AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) support for AWS Elastic Beanstalk. AWS Elastic Beanstalk provides a quick way to deploy and manage applications in the AWS cloud. IAM enables you to manage permissions for multiple users within your AWS account.
IAM offers you greater flexibility and access controls when using Elastic Beanstalk. For example, you can create groups of users for developers and quality assurance (QA) engineers. The developers group can be granted permissions to create application versions and deploy them to running environments, while the QA group would be granted read-only access, allowing them to see all running environments and all events, to help with testing and debugging.
