Amazon Translate is a neural machine translation service that delivers fast, high-quality, and affordable language translation. Today, we are announcing that Amazon Translate is now available in six new regions - US West (Northern California), Europe (London), Europe (Paris), Europe (Stockholm), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong), and Asia Pacific (Sydney).
With the addition of 6 new regions Amazon Translate is becoming truly global with availability in a total of 17 regions. Customers in these 17 regions can now keep the data within their regions and experience lower latency when using Amazon Translate. For a full list of regions Amazon Translate supports, refer to Global Infrastructure page.
Amazon Translate now supports 54 languages in 17 regions. Now, AWS customers can reach a wider set of users in many geographies that are increasingly expecting to consume media and interact with organizations in the language of their choice.
Use Amazon Translate from your machine translation needs. Please check out Amazon Translate console, or read the Amazon Translate documentation for more information on Command Line Interface (CLI) and AWS SDKs.
