AWS Support and the AWS Channel Programs team are excited to announce the availability of AWS Enterprise On-Ramp, a new Support plan that’s enabled under the AWS Solution Provider Program and AWS Distribution Program. With Enterprise On-Ramp, we deliver a holistic technical Support model focused on the unique needs of customers that are in the early stage of their cloud adoption journey. Amazon Linux Ready Program Updated to Include the Next-Generation Amazon Linux Operating System

The updated Amazon Linux Ready Program will now validate AWS Partner software products that run on Amazon Linux 2 as well as the next-generation Amazon Linux 2022. Amazon Linux 2 Partner software products have been technically validated by AWS, and with this program update AWS customers will be able find validated ISV products on Amazon Linux 2, Amazon Linux 2022, or both, with the confidence that these applications have been vetted through a robust technical review by AWS.

AWS Managed Services Provider (MSP) Partner Program Validation Checklist Update – Version 4.2.1

As customer needs grow and new capabilities emerge over time, we’re constantly evaluating and evolving what it means to be an AWS-designated Managed Service Provider (MSP). We want to ensure we continue to raise the bar on what it takes to become and maintain the AWS MSP designation. As such, we periodically publish updates to the Validation Checklist which define the criteria and requirements for the AWS MSP Partner Program. The AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) helps identify and mitigate technical risks in solutions built by AWS ISV Partners. Recognizing that AWS maintains customers across the world, we have launched the Global Security and Compliance Acceleration (GSCA) initiative under the Authority to Operate (ATO) on AWS Program banner. The purpose of this new initiative is to add a global focus to our existing ATO on AWS support mechanisms, with an emphasis on recruiting qualified international AWS Partners to operate and support customers in differing regions.
