What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use, easy to transfer phone calls to other people as well. The chat tab is also great for quick conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we might lose connection, but it usually is fixed fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made it easy for us to contact customers and the opposite too. Also, we can call other employees or use the chat tab to talk to them and get quick answers.

Effortless Communication Management

What do you like best about the product?
In my new company, I started using 3CX Phone System as a communication tool, and I have to say, it's an excellent choice. The software is incredibly user-friendly, and even those with no technical knowledge can easily navigate its features. The system offers a variety of communication options, such as voice, video, and chat. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with other communication platforms like Pipedrive which is our primary CRM for customer communication. Another feature that stands out to me is the ability to customize call routing. This level of flexibility and control makes the 3CX Phone System ideal for businesses with complex communication needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the system's security. With the recent virus scare and the growing need for secure communication, it would be better if more security measures were in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use of 3CX is in customer service to communicate with our customers via phone calls. The tool is seamlessly integrated with our Pipedrive system, which allows us to easily track tickets from one tool and automatically create tickets for missed conversations. In addition, we are also utilizing 3CX as an internal communication tool for team members who are located across the globe. This has helped us to collaborate and communicate effectively, regardless of our location or time zone.

What do you like best about the product?
We have previously used other VOIP providers at nearly triple the cost. 3CX offers the same services, with no drop in performance, for much cheaper. The User management is easy and intuitive, and the desktop companion app is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major downside of 3CX is that each caller on a conference call counts against your cal limit. While 3CX offers a web-based conference option, it duplicates the services we already utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple employees who are working in remote offices. Switching to 3CX has allowed us to set them up in their new locations with a dedicated work phone that is integrated into our phone network. While we have used VOIP services previously, 3CX is much cheaper than the other options and very easy to integrate and use.

3CX is a cheap and flexible option for taking calls but also has its draw backs. It can be hard to use and inconvenient to upkeep

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can install the App to my laptop to monitor calls as they come in or make calls as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I have to open the App upon launch. Sometimes, I forget to do it straight away and I miss calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can call clients from my laptop that are located in both North & South America. Also, there is a voicemail feature that allows clients to leave messages if I am in a meeting or away from my desk.

What do you like best about the product?
This helped me to connect with my prospects across the globe and without any lag and delay. The charges are very less and it is easily accessible to every working professional
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, sometimes it needs to work on some of the regular updates which might give it some more enhancement. Except for the regular updates, there is nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making us easy to communincate and get in touch with the clients more easiy and without any disturbance or quakity issues. Saving a lot of time and money as well.

What do you like best about the product?
3CX is an excellent ChatBot service provider. We can easily integrate 3CX ChatBot into our website by copying a few lines of code from 3CX. It is fast and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no specific things to dislike, but three are WhatsApp integration creates issues sometimes. Else everything is perfect. Cost is bit high but it's justifying the needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 3CX on my website for Live Chat plugin integration. It is beneficial to support our customers in real time. 3CX provide two types of integration: the first is to integrate into our own server, and the second is the API provided by the 3CX server. 3CX is the best solution for Live Chat and Call support.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a feature like 3cx in a phone or laptop helps our team to improve the quality, productivity, and teamwork and keep track of call records, and the support system is the best I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires investing more in AI for better customer experience, and with this, the cost will also come down down, which sometimes hinders. It requires more customization outside the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use of 3cx and reaching our customers via different means like calls, chat, call blasting, estimated wait times and queuing. The quality of the voice and quick response gives our business growth. To start a conversation, you need a good and quality start, and 3cx provides that.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a friendly smartphone and you can use it anywhere with just the internet lot of options for alternate numbers which leads to getting a lot of connections
What do you dislike about the product?
cross connections sometimes and not reachable for certain countries and states and nothing much apart from this, I would love to suggest this to people to use 3cx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it gives the alternate number which is very easy to connect with the audience and has smooth calling without any disconnecting issue on 3cx would love to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Im the daily user of 3cx . Its been more than 2 years im using it. Its the best app which is available in the industry to make business calls . Its an every day application for me . Its very easy use .
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes due to some network issues there will be some glitches happening while using the app . It reduce the performance of the application . Thats the main concern
