You get the benefits of the cloud - other than that it's an Integration Bus
What do you like best about the product?
Having it on the cloud means that there is really no overhead to set up the servers and install the product. Same goes for upgrading the hardware. Unfortunately due to prior experience This overhead with most IBM products is quite big and we are very happy to avoid it.
On other points I would mention of course, the security and reliability of the cloud.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the on-site integration bus then it's definitely worth it to at least try the cloud version.
If not then make sure that this is the right solution for you.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe they are reducing support and/or eliminating the ability to have on-premise appliances in favor of using cloud based versions. We have benefited from on-premise, especially in that it handles large amounts of data better.
IBM also doesn't seem to be investing in additional features, endpoints, etc especially when compared to competitors
