in the cloud firewall networking, security, and routing functionality come together with this its helps for the singular and operational interface.

What do you like best about the product?
logging and report feature is the best, also the routing part the very nice in Palo Alto firewall, and for the banking sector customer is a very highly demanded network security device.
What do you dislike about the product?
customer support needs to be improved. not getting a proper response from the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its provides us the advanced application visibility and access control using the PA app-id and URL filtering, and it's going to provide the IPS and IDS cloud service.

Palo Alto Network Cloud NGFW is the best cybersecurity solution in the market.
What i like about palo alto is its easy to use features as a user i feel my network is more secure and safe.
Earlier i was not using cloud firewall. I shifted in to palo alto networks cloud NGF. I shifted ,y network into cloud & i was searching a cloud cybersecurity solution. We decided to shift on palo alto.
Its was the best decision as since we are using palo alto networks NGFW we have never got any cybersecurity threat.
During the time of installation. I found the ease of implementation.
Whenever we need any technical support the customer support team is always there to help us.
Palo alto networks cloud NGFW is easily integrated with third party.
I am over all satified with the service of palo alto networks NGFW service.
The frequency of using cybersecurity is very high at our place but after using palo alto NGFW we are hastle free.

I use Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW on a daily basis to monitor and protect our network infrastructure.Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW offers a comprehensive set of features that cover a wide range of security needs. From granular application control and threat prevention to VPN connectivity and reporting tools, the platform includes everything necessary to secure our network environment effectively. Implementing Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW was a smooth process. The documentation provided clear guidance, and the setup wizard streamlined the initial configuration.Integrating Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW with our existing infrastructure was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deploying Palo Alto Networks Cloud NGFW may require dedicated hardware or virtual resources, depending on the scale of deployment and the desired performance. This can add to the overall cost and complexity, especially for organizations with limited IT resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
advanced threat detection and prevention capabilities, including malware protection, intrusion prevention, and URL filtering. By identifying and blocking malicious activities in real time, the NGFW helps prevent data breaches, network downtime, and potential financial losses due to cyberattacks.

In my network I have configured external dynamic list to block malicious domain & it's working best and protecting our network.

We can add extended dynamic list to block malicious domain and ip's. With is we can protect our network from malicious domains.

The firewall which has multiple engines to filter traffic.

It has simple GUI and at the same time very powerful to do packet inspection They have multiple engines to inspect traffic let's say app id engine to inspect apps etc .They have good documentation almost covering all the issues.

These firewall have often have hardware issues example the fan issues

It has state of the art technology to deal with different kind of threats and data loss protection

it is doing some parts of firewall at the company -- it does not directly benefit me
The best next-gen firewall available in the market
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features available in the product and ease to integration the firewall for automation and people with palo firewall knowledge compared to other firewalls.and the product is easy to use when compared to other firewalls
What do you dislike about the product?
cost might be on the higher side and UI might look complex for freshers. And the initial implementation might not be good experience. And customer support might be kind of mixed experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in need of a NGFW as an alternative of checkpoint with similar or better automation support and the only product we come across is Palo alto. It helped to reduce cost when compared to checkpoint with more features than that. The product provides a firewall feature which blocks all unauthorized access and also all other next-gen features like ddos,ips, anti-virus, anti-malware etc whcih all does the work as expected

I like the best the product is cover the users outsoruce security threads from public network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, unpleased point about this product that most of the features of this product are requires additional licensing which is not good for cost point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excellent protection for our network. - BUT - These firewalls are great protection when they are working, just dont try to do anything like setup a simple Active Passive failover for your circuit.
