Drata has provided us an excellent compliance experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The Drata platform is organized logically and pragmatically to guide the compliance experience. We were able to work through and complete our SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and resulting successful audit in just a few months. Drata organized our approach and harnessed what can be a very undirected activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have a dislike about Drata. On some occassions when Drata spots a problem in our compliance, it can take some work to discover the real problem. I have found that is usually just a user learning issue, to know where to look. When I could not find the issue, the help center and customer support team was quick to help me find the resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide custom business solutions for clients and needed to operate in a SOC 2 Type 2 certified environment. Drata helped us obtain our certification, but also provided us with a continously monitored environment. We can now correct any issue as it occurs. Drata has also allowed us to integrate some of our key security solutions into a more comprehensive experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The bi-weekly support meeting and the user friendly platform

The templates don't provide enough details to be able to complete the compliance forms alone.

Drata makes staying in compliance fairly easy (at least on the HR side)

What do you like best about the product?
It's been fairly easy to keep up with policy additions and changes, and we have made most use of personnel compliance in our HR / IT departments, to make sure onboarding and offboarding of employees is done in compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some initial hiccups getting our HRIS to successfully "talk" to Drata but we were able to get that resolved with help from our HRIS programmers who worked with Drata's API. Their customer support has been ok but not amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my department, Drata helps make sure that onboarding and offboarding of employees is both smooth and completely compliant.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly straightforward to use and helps organize all of the infomation, enables personnel to accept policies, etc., and makes the audit process much more straightforward. Personalized customer support was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stock templates are poorly written and require major work to be usable.
Finding out why some monitoring tests fail can be confusing and time-consuming.
Small items that are out of compliance can trigger large 'no ready' swings. For example, one person who is late for a background check causes readiness to drop from 100% to 88%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabled a company with very little SOC 2 experience to achieve attestation within our schedule. Organizes the information and processes without having to have a bunch of manual folders, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata demonstrates a hollistic approach to attaining information compliance in one centralized area. I love that the Drata team exudes the eagerness to listen to customer feedback. The tool itself is easy to use especially once you get through the fear of messing it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far there is nothing that I dislike about Drata. One area i think can improve is during quick start or through the onboarding steps, it would be beneficial to provide more insight on what a customer can expect on those steps. May be great to provide links to specific training/ community topics that will be very useful guides to getting the onboarding done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata has provided ease in consolidating activities that are tied to an audit.

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever there is any new update on company policies it helps us to review and and get updated about it. Easy slack integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of slack notification keep poping up untill you acknwledge the policies which has been updated in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping with company policies.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduled document reviews and policy renewal reminders are very helpful.
Evidence library & policies lets us have one source of truth for policy and compliance documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information on the app/dashboard - a universal search feature would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helps us achieve formal certification with compliance standards. It helps us store and retrieve information for RFP's and Privacy/Compliance questionnaires from our clients. It also helps us meaningfully secure our system by keeping employees in compliance with security best practices.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The audit portal while useful has pitfalls in its inter-operability with external auditors, however, it still reduces capacity and manual workload by a substantial amount.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple integrations or "connections" are being established to help facilitate our very unique infrastructure and its monitoring, which is met with timely delivery models and extensive customer support by the Drata team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Drata. It's the highest impact tool I've ever used within the PD experience that truly took a cumbersome, challenging (and important) part of our operations, provided the right amount of insight and automation to drive real efficiencies and observability. Drata also does a great job supporting their product. Their client success teams and audit specialists are great partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Any issues we've had to date, we've been able to effectively work through with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of policies, SOC 2 Type 2 Auditing period/experience, security training for teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I was new leading an organization through SOC 2 start-to-finish when I got started. Drata generally does well at ensuing everything, "make sense." For the parts I required assistance, I either had my account representative I met with on a regular cadence, they could pull in the right person, or their live chat someone always responded in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI is the new "hotness". They, like all products, are adding it in. I can still get to a human quickly in live chat still but I first have to appease the AI help bot. The human part of the Drata process has been just important, if not more, than the software.
