Integrating telecom network workloads with Juniper Cloud-Native Router (JCNR) on AWS
Juniper Cloud-Native Router (JCNR) on AWS can enable seamless connectivity and integration between on-premises telecom networks and 5G core workloads running on AWS. JCNRs can leverage EVPN routing over VXLAN to provide multi-tenant, secure, scalable, and performant hybrid cloud networking between on-premises layer 2 segments and AWS VPC subnets. By bridging on-premises and AWS environments, JCNR simplifies the deployment of distributed network workloads and edge computing architectures.

Next-Generation Service Assurance with NeSA Powered by AWS
As networks become more complex, telcos need an integrated platform to manage monitoring, diagnostics, and automation. Prodapt worked with AWS to build a cloud-native, open-source network assurance platform called NeSA. It provides a single pane of glass for end-to-end visibility, faster troubleshooting, and closed-loop automation. This post details Prodapt’s experience implementing NeSA for a Tier 1 telco, reducing incident resolution time and costs.
How MYCOM OSI Optimized SaaS Storage with Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP
Many Kubernetes applications require access to persistent storage and data services, including block storage, shared file systems, and object storage. Learn how MYCOM OSI has improved the cost-performance dimension by adopting Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP. This post explores how the storage option was evaluated to identify a solution that optimizes the handling of large and complex telco assurance datasets.
Benchmarks from DigitalRoute for Achieving Cost Savings with Serverless and AWS Graviton
Telecom operators are increasingly migrating to AWS and cost savings is one of the primary drivers. Learn how DigitalRoute’s benchmarks show that by migrating to AWS and taking advantage of services like AWS Fargate and AWS Graviton, telecom operators can retain their on-premises performance while seeing cost reductions when deploying the Usage Engine Private Edition on AWS. DigitalRoute is collaborating with AWS to enable telecom and communication service providers.
Reimagine Your Telecom Business with AWS Telecommunications Competency Partners
In the era of 5G, telecommunication services providers (telcos) are under pressure to find new ways to build, operate, and monetize networks while delivering new and greater value to customers. We’re excited to introduce the AWS Telecommunications Competency, which helps telcos find validated partners offering consulting services in key telecom solution areas, including Operations Support Systems (OSS), Business Support Systems (BSS), Communications as a Service (CaaS), Mobile Networks, and Media & TV.
Reducing the Carbon Footprint of Mobile Network Operations Using Totogi’s Charging-as-a-Service Platform
Totogi is an AWS Partner that provides a Charging-as-a-Service platform that benefits from deployment on AWS and helps customers reduce the electricity used for their online charging system. In this post, we’ll compare the Totogi charging platform’s energy and carbon-emissions efficiency to traditional charging platforms, and investigate architectural patterns that telcos and other businesses can replicate to reduce their carbon footprint.

How to Enhance 5G Network Planning Using Analytics for Faster Time to Market
Building an optimized mobile network requires careful planning to ensure proper coverage and capacity. This post discusses how CSPs can augment their existing network planning with additional data while leveraging analytics for cell site placement and network optimizations. Learn how Kinetica, a GPU-accelerated data platform, unites historical analytics and streaming analytics, location intelligence, graph analytics, and machine learning to tackle massive scale network data challenges.
Using a Telefonica Data Bridge to Connect Narrow Band IoT Devices to AWS IoT Core
AWS IoT Core supports billions of devices and trillions of messages, and can process and route those messages to AWS endpoints and other devices reliably and securely. AWS IoT Core requires X.509 certificates for authentication, but the X.509 standard consumes battery power, negating LPWAN’s advantage in that area. Telefonica developed a data bridge to enable IoT devices to connect securely to AWS IoT Core, while preserving the long range, low cost, and low power advantages of LPWAN connections.
