Pindrop solutions help ensure security, identity, and trust in voice interactions. Pindrop for Amazon Connect scores every call based on the likelihood of fraud. This allows for faster authentication and reduced call handle time.
Pindrop’s integration with Amazon Connect provides anti-fraud intelligence for real-time authentication within the interactive voice response (IVR) system. The joint solution detects anomalous behavior and prevents fraud attacks while providing a seamless authentication experience for callers. Pindrop solutions:
- Reduce average call handling time through streamlined authentication
