為台灣科技大學資訊工程系、人工智慧研究中心和人工智慧跨域科技研究所的教授，也是數位娛樂科技研究中心和電腦繪圖學實驗室的主任。多年來研究重點包括自動化內容生成、遊戲設計、遊戲 AI 和玩家模型等，同時也參與產業界的產學合作、顧問和政府委託計劃。此外，戴教授也還擔任過多個政府部門的評審委員以及遊戲公司和慈善基金會的董事。

軟體工程師出身，歷經創業、高階經理人，體會到軟體開發的特殊性，在敏捷思維裡找到與自身價值觀的同頻，並開啟踏入專業教練旅程。“Be The Change” 實踐與倡議者，專注行動與實踐，「行動影響未來！」，未來會獲得改變，來自於每個個人此時此刻的行動與實踐。

自 2014 年起接任台灣遊戲產業振興會秘書長一職迄今，長期致力於台灣遊戲產業之發展，藉由整合產業資源、建立產官學研間之溝通橋樑、促進遊戲產業人才之交流學習、與產業之新創育成等方式，以推動有利產業發展的政策，並創造優質發展環境與衍生合作商機。

過去為國際商業顧問，負責金融、電商、零售等產業，跳至多數人認為相對無趣的海外地產集團做戰略，現任職於極富創意的遊戲橘子協助集團轉型。

目前 Ben 主要負責集團轉型與創新孵化，集團轉型包含對各事業體的營運監測和優化、與協助公司轉型為泛娛樂集團，同時策略長室轄下設立集團 AI 大數據中心與技術委員會，提供各事業部的轉型不僅是商業策略面、也包含實際技術力的導入；除集團轉型外，也同時創新孵化四個新創產品。

2021 年加入 Databricks 新加坡亞太區團隊，Shu 專注於數據工程、數據倉庫和雲端基礎設施，曾領導多個遊戲公司如騰訊遊戲、趣加 (Funplus) 的大數據分析與機器學習項目，提供穩健且性能高效的解決方案。在加入 Databricks 之前，Shu 曾於小米、蝦皮等公司從事數據相關的工作。

Jack Yim is a Solution Architect at BytePlus. He has great experience in advising clients on their digitalisation and business intelligence journey, including the use of SOTA generative AI solutions, such as AI agents and the adoption of cloud-native solutions.

Wei See Wong is a highly accomplished woman in tech, specializing in cybersecurity. Currently, she leads the APAC business at Group-IB, a prestigious cybersecurity company specializing in hi-tech crime investigations. Previously, she was the APAC Cybersecurity Leader at Microsoft Consulting Services (2020-2023). She had also served in a number of tech companies like Hewlett Packard and Oracle as regional sales leader. Throughout her 22 years of tech career, Wei See has been a driving force in advancing cybersecurity sales and leadership across the Asia-Pacific region.
