AWS Elastic Beanstalk now supports Docker and EC2 instance types – P3, X1, C5, M5 in additional regions and Ruby 2.5 in all regions.
- Docker support is now available in additional regions:
- Single Container Docker in China (Beijing) and China (Ningxia) regions
- Multi Container Docker in China (Beijing), China (Ningxia), EU (Paris), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), and South America (Sao Paulo) regions
- To learn more about EC2 instance types please visit P3, X1, C5, and M5. You can create your environments with these EC2 instance types in following regions:
- P3 – US East (Ohio) and Asia Pacific (Seoul)
- X1 - US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), EU (Ireland), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and Asia Pacific (Sydney)
- C5 - Asia Pacific (Mumbai), US East (Ohio), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Canada (Central), EU (London), and US West (N. California)
- M5 - Asia Pacific (Mumbai), US East (Ohio), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Canada (Central), EU (London), and US West (N. California)
- Ruby 2.5 is now supported in all regions
