We’re excited to announce updated versions of two of our digital courses, AWS Solutions Training for Partners: Amazon Connect (Technical) and AWS Technical Professional. These digital courses were designed, respectively, to help APN Partners understand how to discuss the technical advantages of creating a cloud-based contact center with Amazon Connect, and also to gain a basic technical understanding of AWS services.
The first digital course, AWS Solutions Training for Partners: Amazon Connect (Technical), teaches partners the technical details of provisioning, configuring, and managing Amazon Connect for a contact center. Partners will get an overview of differentiators, customer adoption processes, and learn how to quickly set up a cloud-based contact center using Amazon Connect. Partners will also get a demonstration of how Amazon Connect should be set up, how users should configure instances and launch systems, as well as learning about our pricing model.
The second digital course, AWS Technical Professional, was updated to include new customer case studies, best practices, and real AWS solution architecture references. The course provides partners with fundamental, technical knowledge of AWS cloud computing, global infrastructure, services, solutions, migration and security. Partners who take this course will earn an AWS Technical Professional accreditation upon successful assessment completion.
