Amazon Omics has added run queuing to the Omics workflow. Amazon Omics is a fully managed service that helps healthcare and life science organizations build at-scale to store, query, and analyze genomic, transcriptomic, and other omics data. With workflow run queuing, you are now able to queue up to thousands of workflow runs, and the service will process the runs at a rate defined by your service quota limits.

This new capability enables you to take a batch of scientific or clinical data, submit the entire workload at once, and allow the service to run unattended to complete your processing. Queued runs report a pending status, so you can easily monitor progress through the queue. You can add more runs to the queue at any time.

You can use run queuing in all regions Amazon Omics is available: US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Europe (Frankfurt, Ireland, London), and Asia Pacific (Singapore).

To get started using workflow run queuing, see Starting and Managing Runs in the Amazon Omics documentation.
