Starting today, Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) customers can use Reachability Analyzer and Network Access Analyzer in Asia Pacific (Osaka) region.

Reachability Analyzer is a configuration analysis tool that enables you to perform connectivity testing between a source resource and a destination resource in your virtual private clouds (VPCs). When the destination is reachable, Reachability Analyzer produces hop-by-hop details of the virtual network path between the source and the destination. If the destination is not reachable, Reachability Analyzer identifies the blocking component. Network Access Analyzer is a feature that enables you to identify unintended network access to your resources on AWS. You can use Network Access Analyzer to specify your network access requirements and to identify potential network paths that do not meet your specified requirements.

With this region expansion, VPC Reachability Analyzer and VPC Network Access Analyzer are now available in US East (Ohio), US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), US West (N. California), Canada (Central), Europe (Stockholm), Europe (Paris), Europe (Frankfurt), Europe (London), Europe (Milan), Europe (Ireland), South America (Sao Paulo), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Osaka), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Middle East (Bahrain), and Africa (Cape Town).
