Today, AWS HealthOmics launches the ability to share variant and annotations stores across accounts. Customers can now share their genomic variant and annotation data with both internal and external collaborators while retaining ownership of the data.
AWS HealthOmics is a fully managed service that helps healthcare and life science organizations and their software partners store, query, and analyze genomic, transcriptomic, and other omics data and then generate insights from that data to improve health and advance scientific discoveries.
Support for cross-account sharing is available in all AWS Regions where Amazon Omics is generally available: US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Europe (Frankfurt, Ireland, London), and Asia Pacific (Singapore).
