Adding a new credit or debit card to your AWS Inc. account will now require Card Verification Value (CVV) in addition to your card number, card expiry date, name and billing address.
CVV protects you from payments fraud and prevents unauthorized use of your card. CVV is the three-digit number on the back of most credit and debit cards. On some cards, it's a four-digit number on the front.
