Takuya Tachibana is the CEO of Heptagon inc. and Director of DigitalCube Co. Ltd. He is in the business of solving countryside issues using AWS.
Since 2012, Tachibana has been contributing to the Japan AWS User Group (JAWS-UG) for more than 10 years. He has also been a speaker at over 100 community and cloud events throughout all of Japan.
He served as the JAWS-UG representative in 2016-2017 and as Chair of the JAWS DAYS 2017. He has also spoken at overseas events, such as AWS Summit Seoul, AWS Summit Beijing, and AWS Community Day APAC.
Tachibana continues to share the appeal of AWS with the local community and in the countryside areas, focused in AWS businesses utilizing serverless, machine learning, and IoT. In addition, he also advocates for AWS and encourages builders to contribute to the greater AWS community, and believes there are no limits: you can grow no matter where you live, what you do, or how old you are.
