Amazon RDS for Oracle supports management of diagnostic data with Oracle Automatic Diagnostic Repository Command Interpreter (ADRCI) utility

Amazon RDS for Oracle now supports the management of diagnostic data with the Oracle Automatic Diagnostic Repository Command Interpreter (ADRCI) utility. If you have a support request, you can use the Amazon RDS package rdsadmin.rdsadmin_adrci_util to create the packages for specific incidents or problems to deliver them to Oracle Support.
