Starting today, you can use tags to manage and track your Amazon WorkSpaces. Tags let you categorize your Amazon WorkSpaces so you can easily identify their purpose and track costs accordingly. For example, you could use tags to identify all the Amazon WorkSpaces for a particular department, project, application, vendor, or use case.
You can assign or remove tags using the Amazon WorkSpace management console, command line interface, or the API. Tags have a key and a corresponding value, and you can assign up to 10 tags per Amazon WorkSpace, so you can track your WorkSpaces in many different ways.
Tagging is available today in all regions where Amazon WorkSpaces is available. For more information, click here.
