Amazon SES Introduces Email Templates for Sending Personalized Email
Email is one of the most effective channels for customer engagement, but generic, one-size-fits-all emails typically have lower engagement rates. Amazon SES now includes the ability to create email templates, which you can use to send personalized emails to your customers.
We've added two new API operations, SendTemplatedEmail and SendBulkTemplatedEmail, which you can use to send emails that use these templates. You can use email templates and bulk email sending to send personalized email to several customers with a single call to the Amazon SES API.
Email templates and bulk email sending are now available in the following AWS Regions: US West (Oregon), US East (N. Virginia), and EU (Ireland). To learn more about these features, see Sending Personalized Email in the Amazon SES Developer Guide.
